Ellie carries around books and pretends she's a choir. She sings loudly in 4:4 timing, using lots of phrases from hymns that don't make much sense together. She is very earnest. I love watching and listening to her. Yesterday she arranged Wolfie and Lacy the Reindeer as her audience (congregation?) and held her own concert while I snapped pictures.

It's kind of fun to see some of this coming around - since you used to do these very same things when you were Ellie's age. The only difference is that she gets very intense while she's doing it and you used to do it with a huge smile on your face.
