Our Other Camping Activity

While camping, our family pretty much sticks to the basics: hiking/climbing, eating, and reading. This trip's book was Mossflower by Brian Jacques. I'd never read it before, but it's one of Isaac's favorites and reminds me quite a bit of the Chronicles of Narnia. We read it just about every time we sat down!

This marks a new milestone for our family camping - the first year that we've spent more time reading aloud to Elizabeth than getting to read our own adult books!
