Need a Good Workout?

Yesterday I gave Elizabeth two dice and made a list of 6 exercises (jackknives, push-ups, jumping jacks, frog jumps, squats, and lunges). She had to shake the dice and use them to tell me which exercise to do and how many times to do it. Once she got going, it was very hard to keep up. I can assure you that doing this for 20 minutes will work up a greater sweat than going to the gym!

Did I mention I can barely move today? I don't know if I'm tough, weak, or stupid.
