
Weight Loss This Week: 1.5 pounds
Total Over Last Three Weeks: 3.5 pounds
I have to say that those numbers really aren't that impressive. I think that I was losing just about that much just from nursing before I tried all this healthy stuff. Oh, well. The wedding is this weekend, I fit in my dress, and I guess that's all I can ask. (No flat tummy yet, just in case anyone is curious.) I'll keep on trucking, though.

As a former personal trainer I would say you are losing weight in a healthy way and you should NOT be losing more than this a week. Slow and steady wins the race right?
