Amelie and I were in a car accident this morning, and God kept us both perfectly safe. Amelie didn't even flinch or cry. He is so good! As we were going straight through a green light, another driver made a left turn into us. The van is still drivable (not that I'd trust it very far or fast) and we cannot open either door on the driver's side. An insurance claims adjustor is coming out tomorrow morning to check it out. It's very likely that the van is totalled. You can pray that God will give Isaac and me wisdom as we research options and possibly purchase a new vehicle.

God Is So Good
Amelie and I were in a car accident this morning, and God kept us both perfectly safe. Amelie didn't even flinch or cry. He is so good! Oh wow! I'm so glad you were both safe. Praise the Lord! Definitely praying that things will work out in your favor over the next few days.
Let me know if you just want to consult a lawyer for free to make sure you get all the benefits that the insurance people don't always let you know about. I have a great one who is very informative and doesn't charge just to educate and inform/consult!

i found out that on this same day, my uncle and 3 of his girls were also in a car accident. They didn't fare quite as well as you guys, however; i found myself reminding myself of my own line to you "God is Great!" Everyone survived the crash despite injuries.
You'll get two brand new free car seats from your insurance, and they don't care if you buy top of the line, 3 times as pricey as the ones you had. FYI
I am so glad that you two are not hurt!
