Is there anything better than warm garden tomatoes and basil with fresh mozzarella, olive oil, and cracked pepper?
I am throroughly enjoying our garden this summer. Right now, we have as many tomatoes (large and cherry) as we can eat every day. Rhetorically, as I picked tomatoes today with Amelie, I asked, "How many tomatoes can I eat in one day?" Amelie looked and me sternly and replied, "One!"
