Murder Mystery Dinner

Tonight we hosted some of our friends at a murder mystery dinner party. The girls spent the night at Grandpa and Grandma's house (it was SUCH a pleasure to get the house ready without Amelie!). Here's the cast of (somewhat shady) characters:

John and Gertrud: John is a Hollywood scriptwriter and Gertrud is a housemother hosting a reunion of a bunch of college friends (those are pillows under my housedress - I am NOT pregnant) Monica and Dave: Monica is a neurosurgeon and Dave is a computer genius Rick and Kristin: Rick is a businessman and Kristin is a soccer mom
Melinda and Ken: Melinda is an '80's porn star and Ken is a fisherman Everyone went all-out with their costumes, which really makes the night fun. The pictures don't do me justice: I was wearing a housecoat under my apron, complete with knee-high pantyhose and slippers.We had a great time, and Kristin turned out to be the murderer.

Unfortunately, someone had the brilliant idea to add a new tradition and make the murderer take a Walk of Shame - in complete costume - around the neighborhood, choosing two others to complete the Walk of Shame with her. You guessed it. Randi, Shannon, and I had to walk around the block with everyone else hooting and hollering at us. I really hope the neighbors didn't recognize me!
