Our family went to a track this morning. Elizabeth rode her bike, Amelie played in the sand, and Isaac and I did wind sprints. Wow, is that a different kind of workout! All I did was run a warm-up quarter mile, then sprint 6 100-meter dashes with rests in between, and my glutes and hamstrings are hurting! That's barely over a half-mile! Oof-dah.
