As our family left church last week, I looked ahead of me at Isaac and Elizabeth and noticed Amelie was missing. With an edge to my voice, I called out, "Isaac? Do you have Amelie?"
I frantically spun around and raced back into the church, calling out for Amelie. Isaac followed me in. "You mean the Amelie you're holding on your hip?" he asked.
Yep. There are even witnesses.

My mom would solicit our help when we were little to help her look for her glasses, which she always was misplacing since she hadn't grown up wearing them. We quickly learned that the first place to look was the last place she looked. Before we even got up to help her we'd politely ask if she had checked the top of her head yet.
LOL :) I love it! At least she wasn't lost. I've done very similar things, thankfully not in church though...
