Just for fun, I tied a cat toy to a string and hung it from the fan in the living room. Misty had the most exciting day of her life!

Isaac's Uncle George took Isaac, Elizabeth, and a little cousin sailing for the first time. I got to go in a different trip (also my first!) and loved it.
Amelie and I have been baking non-stop since the cooler weather, making all the recipes I wanted to make over the summer but refused to have the oven on! Amelie has discovered the joy of licking the spoon and eating whatever she can reach: raw onion, minced raw garlic, spilled flour or salt - the girl will eat anything and ask for more.
