I just cooked chocolate and vanilla puddings from scratch on the stovetop. Elizabeth tasted, and judged, "They're good. They don't taste like real pudding, but they're good anyway."
Mom, I take this opportunity to apologize (yet again) for preferring boxed potatoes to your nice homemade mashed potatoes from scratch when I was little. I don't know what I was thinking. I must have been a kid like Elizabeth!
