Back-Blogging

I can't remember if I posted our family Easter pictures or not. Here they are just in case, along with a few random stories.

I just bathed the girls, dried them off, and then left them to get dressed while I blog. Amelie came and found me blogging, covered in glossy wetness. "Oh, no, Amelie, did you get wet again?" [No.] "Did you find the lotion?" [No.] "What's all over you?"

"I put on soap!"

So, if you come over to our house and use the bathroom, please know that we do have hand soap. It's just confiscated and on the high shelf across from the sink. Help yourself, but don't leave it in reach of Amelie. I am sorry to say that this was not an isolated incident.

Now that I do Facebook, I haven't quite figured out what to post where, because I have friends and family who are on Facebook but don't read the blog, and vice versa.

Just in case you missed it on Facebook, though, I took Elizabeth shopping to get ready for her birthday party. She told me, "You're the best mama in the whole wide world!" I thought it was sweet until she followed it up with, "When I compliment you like that, does that make you want to keep doing nice things for me?" I think she's figured out positive reinforcement!
